Diagnostico y Tratamiento de Urgencias Pediatricas 4taEd.

Diagnostico y Tratamiento de Urgencias Pediatricas 4taEd.

F. Javier Benito, Santiago Mintegi ,J.

Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (Diseases and Disorders)

Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (Diseases and Disorders) By Peggy J. Parks
Publisher: Gale 2009 104 Pages ISBN: 1420502026 PDF 12 MB
Charles Best, one of the pioneers in the search for a cure for diabetes, once explained what it is about medical research that intrigued him so. “It’s not just the gratification of knowing one is helping people,” he confided, “although that probably is a more heroic and selfless motivation. Those feelings may enter in, but truly, what I find best is the feeling of going toe to toe with nature, of trying to solve the most difficult puzzles ever devised. The answers are there somewhere, those keys that will solve the puzzle and make the patient well. But how will those keys be found?”

Textbook of Pediatric Rheumatology (Cassidy, Textbook of Pediatric)

Textbook of Pediatric Rheumatology (Cassidy, Textbook of Pediatric)
Publisher: Saunders ISBN: 1416002464 edition 2005 PDF 789 pages 80,7 mb

Paediatric rheumatology is often a mysterious specialty for the uninitiated, containing a number of diseases with a reputation for being unusual and rare. However, collectively the rheumatological conditions are not that uncommon, and most clinicians will have seen children afflicted by them. Cassidy et al's book is one way to tackle these conditions and explore paediatric rheumatology in a comprehensive way.
The book is well written by several of the recognised experts in the world of paediatric rheumatology. As every good textbook should, it starts with a basic introduction to the subject then works its way around the underlying anatomical and immunological concepts required to understand the disease processes. The burgeoning knowledge and importance of individual and population genetics is reviewed and explained, and another chapter discusses the sometimes unfamiliar drugs used for children and adolescents with inflammatory conditions. A useful chapter revises the concepts behind clinical investigations rounds off the initial ground work.

Paediateic Orthopaedics A System of Decision-making

Benjamin Joseph, Selvadurai Nayagam, Randall T Loder, Ian Torode, "Paediateic Orthopaedics A System of Decision-making"
Oxford University Press, USA 2009 ISBN: 0340889454 560 pages PDF 12,8 MB

This is a new concise postgraduate textbook of Paediatric Orthopaedics with its emphasis firmly on treatment, allowing trainee orthopaedic surgeons to make an informed contribution during their Paediatrics rotation and to speak confidently about the approach to individual patients during their specialty exams. While other textbooks concentrate on theory and the comprehensive presentation of all treatment options, Paediatric Orthopaedics: A system of decision-making provides detailed practical insight into available treatments and a strategy for determining which treatment to follow in particular circumstances. Its aim is thereby to provide the gold standard for practice in the field and to be the key practical source of reference for trainees.

MANUAL DE PRESCRIPCION PEDIATRICA

Titulo: MANUAL DE PRESCRIPCION PEDIATRICA
Autor: Carol K. Taketomo
Editorial: Lexi Comp
Edicion: 14ª - 2008
Formato: PDF
